Project 1: Experience Design for an airline grounds operation company
Worked with Business consultants, architects, developers to create an internal platform for the organisation to help manage the internal functioning in a more efficient way- visualize the on-goings of the organisation, take actions whenever needful, simplify processes and in-turn reduce time and increase efficiency.
Project 2: Service Design for a Commercial Real estate organisation
Conducted user research and created personas, journey maps, blueprints along with business consultants for said organisation for increasing efficiency of various internal processes. Worked on modifying touch-points to remove bottle necks and help reduce redundancy.
Project 3: User research for Redefining the future of Employee Experience in the organisation
Was a part of the user research team for understanding the employee expectations, pain-points and goals to help construct the guidelines for the updated work from home model for ITC Infotech.

Conducted user research on company On-campus doctors and their prescription writing experience to build an application for digitising the prescription writing process.
Crafted a Digital Prescription Writing platform (research & UX) for On-campus doctors to shorten and simplify the prescription writing process and help the organisation to track and aid the ordered medicine demands.
Supported the UI team for internal website redesign tasks and writing case studies.
